Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer service at support@kitolit.com.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@kitolit.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
